Since beginning her practice, Ms. Bruce has represented a variety of clients in the following areas:

Ms. Bruce has extensive experience in the provision of coverage advice and opinions with regard to all types of policy issues, including those arising from auto, homeowners and commercial policies. She has handled hundreds of settlement and minor settlement files, has represented insureds involved in third-party litigation, and carriers involved in bad faith litigation, contract actions, declaratory judgment actions and interpleaders.

Since 1994, Ms. Bruce has also developed a highly specialized practice involving the representation of what are commonly referred to as “non-standard” automobile insurance carriers, providing a variety of services to these clients, including administrative and regulatory consultation and assistance, drafting and formulation of policy applications and other forms, coverage advice and opinions, representation in bad faith actions and other litigation involving coverage issues, as well as provision of primary defense and management of litigation support services.

In addition, Ms. Bruce has acted as a full-service attorney to small to mid-size business owners, assisting them with a broad array of needs, including corporate formation and record-keeping, drafting and negotiation of contracts, collections and litigation of a wide range of commercial matters.
